feel bored with another illustration task with Bandung theme, I decided to draw my speciality, a transgender guy! This time his name is Jennifer :P

KALA: Card Tricks of a Country

my recent illustration task = redesign film poster that you might think was not good enough. I chose 'Kala' because it is really a great movie but not many people know this movie. It's a thriller movie by the way.

Me Paragraphs

a final term typo task, make paragraphs of myself. I want to give it some effects though, but the lecturer said that the purpose of this task is legibility, so just make it simple. don't forget to read my writings!

A collaboration work with my classmate Michael Alexander or Micasso. I do the sketches with my ultimate 0.05 drawing pen, and he do all the coloring and cleaning. Nice, eh? :)

Hey Owl

there's one night I dreamt of my owl pet, Rembo, that passed away a year ago. He transformed into a small bird that flew freely happily. I remembered he often escape from the cage, and try to fly high, but he couldn't, cause he's just a stupid little owl. I miss him a lot.

extreme culinary?!

pernahkah anda kuliner ekstrim tanpa anda sadari?

uyea, udah banyak kabar dimana2 kalo jajanan di pinggir jalan ada yang menggunakan bahan lain. misal daging tikus atau cicak sebagai pengganti daging ayam. plis deh, ga kebayang aja lo makan daging tikus yang kadang lo liat lagi koprol2 di got yang item2 gtu. eew~

pada suatu hari, gw, mike, buluk, dyonk n nandi makan siang bareng di luar kampus.

gw makan ayam cola, temen2 gw yang lain makan ayam keju. soal rasa, bener2 gada bedanya. cuma bentuk tulangnya agak aneh. gw juga sempet mikir ini ko banyakan tulangnya daripada dagingnya. buluk juga menemukan hal yang janggal, di dalem daging ko ada tulang lagi? pasti kita uda pada afal donk macem2 tulang ayam, tapi secara kita semua laper jadi ga mikirin deh. apalagi harganya cuma 5 ribu coy! gimana ga hepi makan disitu!

selesai makan, si mike tiba2 ngemeng...

mike: yang tadi bukan ayam tau

kite: hah? bukan ayam gimana?

mike: iya, tikus. gw orang manado, pernah makan tikus pohon, jadi gw tau bedanya

kite: *shock*

JRENG JRENG! hore kita makan tikus! lalalalala.... yaudalaya. yang pasti kita ga mau makan disitu lagi.

hari itu gw, sartom, ama dyonk mo makan di sushi baa. sebelumnya beli cemilan dulu di supermarket di dekat situ. blom beres makan, tiba2 ujan deres, yauds ngemil dulu deh. dyonk beli coklat bar, n bagi2 ke gw n sartom. but suddenly....

sartom: eh ada ulet! *menjatuhkan potekan coklatnya ke meja*

gw n dyonk: ulet darimana tom? *asyik makan coklat*

sartom: gatau, tapi gw yakin dari coklatnya deh

gw: *ngeliat ulet mungil yang menggeliat di pinggiran meja* noh dia uletnya, gara2 ujan kali tom!

sartom: gw yakin ah dari coklatnya! *terus dia nunjukin potongan coklat yang tadi udah dia makan* nih, ada bolong2 ga jelas gitu

gw: *ngeliat potongan yang gw makan* eh, ini kayak ada trailnya gtu deh.

dyonk: *mulai ngeri, brenti makan coklat, dia udah makan 1 stengah potong*

sartom: *mengeluarkan coklat dari bungkusnya dan mendapati bungkusan emas bagian belakang udah bolong2*

dyonk: *ngobok2 bagian depan pake sumpit, nemu serabut2 dan........ beberapa ulet menggeliat manja di dalamnya*

kite: KYAAAAAAA EEEWWWW~

alhamdulillah gw ga napa2, cuma dyonk yang sempet mencret. hari itu temen sekosan dyonk sama sartom, ka pur, ga enak badan n muntah2 seharian. ternyata oh ternyata dia juga memakan coklat yang sama dan beli di tempat yang sama, tapi bedanya dia makan coklatnya full sebatang tanpa menyadari apa yang ada di dalamnya... oh kambingku...

11 horses, swimming in the sea
The sea they thought was just a river
They're used to this, it's probably just a race
That helps to ease their minds, but where's the finish line

The night groes dark, the body wants to rest
It hurts to breathe, and still they do their best
They want to live, no matter for how long
Their thoughts have disappeared, 'cause now they're pretty scared

7 horses, struggling in the sea
Waiting for someone to find them
They don't look back, 'cause what's the point of that
There's only death behind them

They cry for help, but help will never come
They don't know where to swim, or where they're swimming from
They try to swim some more, when panic starts to spread
They're swimming into shore, but only in their heads

The 3 last horses, dying in a sea
Shouting of their cries for no one
They're born to win, they're screaming in their hearts
The strength of thousand men, they're fighting 'till the end

The sun is up, birds are everywhere
They're flying high, surfing in the air
