one hibernation day

YAY! today I was successfully skip college (nitip absen pastinya), due to rest from my illness which now, alhamdullilah, is getting better and I also kinda lazy to go to college today, only 2 hours and it is not even a major subject.. anyway woke up at 11 was a total indulgence! haha. what a bummer :D

yesterday my mother came a while with my brother, driver and she brought a new maid! ha, I'm glad she's not so bad, she's the older sister of my maid back in jakarta anyway, not Indramayu's maid which could make me blown up like I wrote on the previous post. voila, a shipwreck suddenly turns into a cozy little house up on the mountain XD. and she also can cook rendang! kyaaaa~ well, I hope it will always fine for the next days.

my mom is still recovering from her typhus, but she still came to gave me medicine, new maid, restock food and stuffs and also nutrition fixer (perbaikan gizi). you rock mom! she also brought me a palm fruit essence and told me to drink it once an hour. it tastes like honey but much thicker. it's good for cough! way much much better than limed ketchup. ew~

back again to today! bored stick around in bed and 'playing' with boogies, I decided to play internet a whole day and done some movies or DVDs.

El Meler

this is a Dennis Adhiswara's short film about Meler (Adul), 'preman kampung' who always has green boogies stick to his nose everywhere he goes. hahahaaa... someday he meet a guy and challenge him, this ends up with water gun war like in the Takeshi Castle's final battle. the hillarious thing is that the reason Meler always has boogies, is that he has 20 marbles stuck in his nose! bwahahaha! all the casts are kids, entertaining and pretty funny :)

Tales From Earth Sea

another Ghibli's animation. I'm paying more attention to their background after I attended illustration class. it's all pure manual! kewl! anyway this movie is about a young prince who has severe dark side and tries to fight it along his journey with a sorcerer named Ged, and then he meet a girl named Teru and the story's came up more interesting.

Kambing Jantan The Movie

this is the second time I watch this movie, the previous one at the cinema with my boyfriend and this one with Gaby, my house-mate. Many critics to this film tells that this film way beyond expectation. Not as funny as the blog, but the story who focussed on Dika's college life and his LDR (Long Distance Relationship) life is pretty good. (nasibnya sama sih kayak gw.. hehehe). "Lihatlah bulan yang sama, agar kita merasa dekat" :)

Across The Universe

finally I can watch this movie! a Beatle's musical drama which set on America-Vietnam war time. The soundtracks really great! and after I watch this movie I want to have kids named Jude for boy and Lucy for girl, haha yeah I've talked that to my boyfriend even before I watch it, he's a Beatles-die-fan anyway.... hohoho!

Amelie

a 2001 french romantic comedy film played by Audrey Tautou. she's really cute here with her short hair. Such an interesting movie because Amelie is such a dreamy, silly and imaginative girl who helps other people's problem in her magically way, although in her own love problem he couldn't help herself. Now I know, why back in the elementary school my parents forbid me to see this movie.. because there are some 18+ scenes, hehehe...

The Science of Sleep

another French movie I've watched today (gile dah edgy beud nih gw nontonnya pelem prancis trus), about a young man named Stephan Miroux whose vivid dream and imagination often interfere with his ability to interact with reality. He has some TV show named 'Stephane TV' on his head and his dreams often show like a stop motion with cardboard, plastics and stuff. COOL TO THE MAX! Stephan wants to be a calendar illustrator but end up with most boring work, the typesetting work. He's also has a one-side love towards a girl next to his apartment.. interesting movie! a must watch!

oyea, I finally has a comb! after months of hand-brushing! hahaha... geez, my hair doesn't look bad if I comb it like now.. ahey ahey
